The archives; pieces of lost history.
This section will contain little part of lore, generally unknown to the players or some factions.
It can be used to better understand the lore as a whole. Like little plugs to fill the holes.

The residents are not morons.
Or like Americans in the old days, where they were kept ignorant for the better of the government.
They are all educated, or mainly molded.
Since it is asepticized, very homogenize, there are not any troubles.
The few who goes crazy are sent to rehabilitation and often just thrown out.
The citizens are then told that the person had a defect at birth and they turned crazy.
Which for them, can be hard to take but they understand very well the "risks" of a defect.
Being unhappy for them is like a virus
So they try to stay happy as much as possible.
Most of everything is setup so people cannot experience failure.
Less reason to be unhappy.

The never ending rain.
he never ending rain is maybe an overstatement. Of course, the rain is not permanent but it seems like we are in old London in here. I swear, ten days straight completely grey is hard to endure but then again, it is all we ever lived. All we ever known. In my research, I met with this woman. She was dressed in a long black robe which was beautifully enhanced with a collar of black feathers. She was also wearing one in her long ebony hair. Her words were cold when I asked if she knew anything about it.
"The rain is the least you could expect. The cleansing of the Earth. Trying to wash away the wound."
Needless to say, I am still unsure what she meant. Could we be a plague upon the Earth?

The dead mile

A mile long filled by death.
Soon after the time they decided to restrict Neo-Atlantis, many decided to go through the exodus, but only few were actually ready for it. The exterior was free to everyone and the best that could happen was for a pact between people since they were left to themselves.
Not even once have we seen people helping each other since then. Patrols were sent to investigate, out of curiosity, about how they fared and even, sometimes, to offer some rations and a chance to come back. What was out there, were like animals. Not many squad came back and those lucky enough to make it explained that no human lived outside anymore. It was the wild. Only primal beings were left.
It was hard to believe at first. How could civilized humans ever lose what they had acquired over so many years?
The death mile confirmed their saying. It was approximated for a whole mile all around the walls, that a form of humanoid started to roam. Some were trying to get back within the city but none looked like human beings. Physically they were similar, but the way they moved and the sounds they made was closer to the ones of a zombie in a sci-fi movie. At the difference that they moved in packs and seemed smart enough to make plans and organize their attack if it ever happened. Daily, the auto-turrets that were added to the walls not long after abandoning the project to redeem those who participated to the exodus, were tearing through the flesh of these abominations. As soon as they were too close, they were burned to crisp by exactly ten rounds of high powered lasers.
After a while, the viewing of the records by the cameras had been restricted to higher securities and I had no longer access to it. Some said humans had been seen and other races, like orcs and trolls! There was really few of them within the walls so it was very unlikely that any survived after.
Others said they restricted the viewing simply because the turrets were doing a gruesome job and it would be bad for the moral. After all, these meta-humans were once our friends and families...
